Tired from the day’s walking, the party halts in a field on the edge of the Great Wood. In fading light, they drop packs and strike camp.

The Outlaw collects firewood, scanning the horizon for dangers.

Protector Bard Seer is a solo journaling game.

You play three young travellers on a journey. Two of your party, Protector and Bard, have been companions for some time. Seer, the final member joined only recently.

The travellers are young and untested. The journey’s challenges reveal their inner qualities.

Create a party. Journey though different landscapes. Camp and reflect on your adventures. Enter the mysterious Tower of Mists.

You will need:

• An hour or so of quiet time
• Pen and paper (or some other way to take notes)
• One or two six-sided dice

At the conclusion of the game your characters will have revealed a series of traits and skills. Consider bringing them into other role playing games as player characters or NPCs.

Notes and credits

This is the first release of Protector Bard Seer. It is likely the game will receive small updates over August and September 2022.
